Thanks for your interest in the “Leadership That Matters!” online course. 

I am thrilled at the prospects of working together to develop ongoing Christian leadership in your ministry and beyond. I believe that leaders are made, not born, and that God sets them apart for ministry and mission in His kingdom. I also believe that leadership is an ongoing ministry, requiring updated skills and continual character development. I believe leadership must be “passed on” to others, that the best leaders are “empowering” leaders, who pray for, mentor and raise up other leaders in the church and world.

You already are leaders. Many of you have held leadership positions in the kingdom of God. You have understood the challenge and the joy of leadership, as well as the awesome responsibilities it involves.

This course will help prepare and stretch you to go to the next level of leadership in your ministry or church. It is based on Bill Hybels, Courageous Leadership.
